Is sush.online sushi the same as the sushi in the .sush stores?
Yes, it's the same hand-made product.
Why don't you deliver outside Hobart's central suburbs?
Unfortunately our current resources only allow us to service Hobart's central suburbs.
Why is the date I want unavailable?
We're probably booked out for that date - you might need to try and order further in advance!
Why do you limit orders to six boxes?
Our current resources only allow us to do a certain number of boxes a day. Limiting each customer to six boxes each gives more customers a chance to enjoy our sushi.
Why can't we order .sush.online in the shops or place a phone order?
sush.online has been designed around the web - it's separate from our shops.
How long can I keep my sush.online sushi before eating it?
Sushi is best eaten as soon as possible; we highly recommend eating it on the day of purchase.
How is my sushi delivered?
We deliver our sushi in our refrigerated van or we'll carry it over to you in our insulated delivery satchels.
Do you deliver on weekends/public holidays
No, sorry.
What is the best way to store my sush.online sushi?
Refrigerated in our very air-tight boxes.
Why is there no contact phone number on your site?
As sush.online is an online business we hope to answer all of your questions here. If you have any concerns about your current order call us on the phone number that appears on your tax invoice (which will be emailed to you on receipt of payment).
